To help us help you

• A purchase: the email address you paid with and the order number (from your Paddle receipt, or a Google Play order number starting with GPA.).
• Your account: your PixelShorts username. Never send us your password.
• A bug: which game, what you were doing, and whether you were in a browser (which one) or the Android app. A screenshot helps a lot.
• Deleting your data: your username, or for Pub Games the Google Play Games name you sign in with.
